If there is one word to describe the Lechlitner household right now, it’s Faith.
A New Chapter for Brian
After years of balancing roles, I (Brian) officially stepped down as COO of Tellerex effective April 15th. While I’m proud of what we built there, my heart is firmly here in Central Ohio. This transition allows me to focus 100% of my energy on two things: serving our real estate clients with the "Consultative Collaboration" they deserve and finding one special local business to acquire and grow for the long term.
How You Can Help Us Grow
As we lean fully into this new season, we are looking to our friends, family, and past clients to be our eyes and ears in the community.
The Race Against the Clock (and the Stork!)
The "Revamped" side of our business is in high gear. We are currently finishing up our latest property renovation, and to say it’s been a "DIY" effort is an understatement. Toni has been on-site nearly every day doing a lot of the heavy lifting herself. Why the rush? Because our very first grandbaby, Isla, is due in just one month! We are determined to have the floors polished and the for sale sign in the yard before she makes her grand entrance!
Team & Family Updates
Behind the scenes, Ivie is still the engine in our marketing and scheduling department (at least until her maternity leave begins!). Meanwhile, Haily is continuing her incredible pace at UPS, nearing that well-deserved full-time driver role.
Through all the dust of the renovation and the excitement of the career shifts, our mission remains the same: to love and serve our neighbors. Whether you are looking for a home or just a recommendation for a great local sandwich shop, we are here for you.
The Big Picture: Why Rates Aren't Budging
If you’ve been waiting for interest rates to "fall off a cliff" before you move, the data suggests we are in a "hold" pattern. Nationally, the economy remains surprisingly resilient, adding 178,000 jobs in March—nearly triple what many experts predicted.
Central Ohio: The Inventory Creep
Across the Columbus region, we are finally seeing the "thaw" buyers have been praying for. Inventory is up nearly 38% compared to last year, providing more choices than we've seen in several seasons.
The Bottom Line: Strategy is now more important than ever. Almost half (48.8%) of active listings had to reduce their price to get a deal done in March. While median prices are still up 6.1% YoY, "overpricing and hoping" is no longer a winning strategy.

Hyper-Local Spotlight: Westerville (43081)
In our home base of Westerville, the "Spring Rush" hit the gas pedal in March. While February felt a bit sluggish, the momentum has officially shifted.

The Revamped Advice:
Reimagining Recovery: S2L Officially Opens Women’s Division
At Revamped Home Group, our mission to "Love and Serve" goes far beyond the closing table. As part of our Closings with a Cause initiative, 10% of our commissions are dedicated to vital community needs—including affordable housing, food security, and addiction recovery.
This month, we are overjoyed to celebrate a major milestone for one of our primary partners, S2L Recovery. On Monday, February 2nd, a new chapter officially began with the opening of their Women’s Division.
For years, S2L has provided a powerful, Christ-centered path to freedom for men. Now, a way has been made for women to have a dedicated, professional environment to find healing, restoration, and freedom from addiction.

Hear the Heart Behind the Calling
We invite you to watch this short clip featuring the S2L Women’s Executive Director. Her testimony reveals the deep "why" behind this expansion and the lives that will be transformed.
